Error On Client Install

Hello all,

Brand new to UR Backup here so bear with me.

Installing the client version: 2.0.36 on a Windows 2012 R2 STD server I get the following error post install.

“The program can’t start because api-win-crt-heap-I1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this.”

Error details as follow:

I have reinstalled with Administrator level access and this has not corrected the issue.

Any assistance is appreciated.

You need Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015.
