Error nothing can be backed up

Dear,

Since 13-dec the urbackup client is not working anymore.
I should have a running incremental backup to an internet server that was running fine since a few weeks

The status windows sais that the client is connected to the internet server but on the server web interface, the client hasn’t be seen since 13-dec.

After a few minutes that the client sais that he is connected to the internet server a error windows pop-up : “There was an error. Currently nothing can be backed up.”

How can i get more information to troubleshout this error ?

The server is working fine with an other client (same local network), i disable the firewall on the client. The urbackup client was reinstalled.
