Error: Cannot open file. Syntax error in file name, folder name, or volume label. (code: 123)

Backup completed with issues

Log:
Cannot open file \?\GLOBALROOT\Device\HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy40\users\e8;o\appdata\local\google\drive\user_default to read the FRN. Syntax error in file name, folder name, or volume label. (code: 123)

But there is NO folder e8;o
I have a path “C:\Users\Лиля\AppData\Local\Google\Drive\user_default”.

I tried to exclude this path but I can’t. All times I got same error and backup completed with issues
I used:
Excluded files (with wildcards): :\users\:\appdata\local\google\drive;*\appdata\local\google\drive;

How fix it?
Or how to exclude this path?

At the debug.txt this path looks like:
