Email individual users about cleint backups

I want to know if it is possible to email each cleint on their individual backup, for example if i have me at workstation 1 i get the email about my machine backing up and if john is at workstation 2 he gets the email about workstation 2 backing up,

Is it possible ?

Currently you have to

  • Create an account for each user you want to mail
  • Then login as that user
  • Configure the emailing in the Logs section
