E-mail notification issue

Hi there,
I know this is quite many times being asked.
Ok, here you go.

I’m setting up a notification to my server. However, I’m getting error message “cannot connect to smtp.gmail.com ec=7. …”

I tested all the possible server , 465, 587 and 25.
I did not check for "check certificate.
I tried both using my GMAIL and yahoo e-mail , but with same result.

Sorry, I found the error was caused by my server Internet access was blocked.
Everything is fine after that.
