I am browsing the forum and the documentation without much luck on the subject of testing the configuration before performing a backup.
I once had a typo in an exclusion pattern which led to 1.2TB of unwanted data being added to the index, luckily once spotted the error I managed to stop the backup process and re-do it all again.
From this experience I’d like to understand if there is a way to perform a kind of a dry run (file based backup) and being able to check the list of indexed files and folders.
If such feature doesn’t exist I suppose it could make a good addition to the tool.
