the download is very long and when it arrives (1 time on 5) it is in error

I think it depends on where you are and which (geolocated) download mirror it is using. I think if you give me more information I can forward this to the CDN provider. For example your IP geolocation could be wrong and it uses the wrong mirror…
You could also try a different version e.g. https://dl3.infscape.com/images/urbackup-app-10-5.img.zip
If you could send me the IP you are downloading from, the IP dl3.infscape.com resolves to and the output of tracert dl3.infscape.com ?
