This may seem pretty obvious, but it just occurred to me that if I defrag my HDD then I assume this will cause the CBT to note that most of the blocks have now changed and need backed up, essentially requiring another full backup.
If that’s the case then I assume the correct strategy is to schedule defrags just before a full backup was due anyway.
