Dead After Upgrade

Have had URBackup installed and running for 8 months. Last Wednesday, I clicked on a upgrade link in the console. v2.0.30 was downloaded and installed. Windows server. Since then, the console will not open. Blue bar at the top starts from the left gets 98% done and stops. Waited for days nothing ever happened. Bar only partially loads and can’t get to anything.

Have the following entry in the log file:

If you have not already, backup your server configurations; I don’t know the cause or solution for this, but you may need to reinstall UrBackup.

Also, what Windows OS are we dealing with; what changes have you made recently before, during, or after the upgrade?
Windows 2012 R2 has had no trouble so far, but I have a 2008 R2 that I am about to put the newest server application onto it and see whether or not I need to bump it up to 2012 R2.

I reinstalled v1.4.14 yesterday after I had no replies. It immediately reconnected and began catching up on backups none of which had ran since I did the upgrade on the 20th.

The only problem I see now is that I have a database error: An error occured while accessing or checking UrBackup’s internal database. This means this database is probably damaged or there is not enough free space. If this error persists, please restore the database (the files urbackup_server.db and urbackup_server_settings.db) from a backup. See log file for details.

I have it installed on a Windows 2003 server that I was using to test until I could reinstall on a 2012 one. Changes… nothing before. Was working fine for months until I installed the upgrade. Then it never would connect back. The reinstall over top of v2.0.30 fixed whatever the connection problem was. Now just need to resolve the database error.

Windows Server 2003 is not supported. Reason it does not work.
