Hi,
I’m installed server in windows 7 and 2 clients on windows 7 also. Clients and servers are in different lan. Ports a forwarded correctly, I’m able to log in to the server web interface from both clients.
Clients status shows “connected to internet server”, but never start backups. Restarted both services several times and file to backup is set to default.
I can email you the log file if you want to.
Thanks

Does manually starting the backup work?
Are your image and file backups disabled in your server web settings?
Are your drives specified?
Do you have any error logs when they attempt to backup, or do they not attempt to backup at all?
First I tried to set up a file path to back up,
but because it didn’t work, I set it up to back up everything (as default recommended)
Here are the errors
Client 1 has this error after successfully connect to the server :

These are network clients and you are receiving an auth error
.
My assumption is there is something wrong with your credentials on the clients.
pw=
looks an awful lot like a password, and my guess is that the password your clients are using does not match the server.
Correct me if I am wrong, but both clients have that issue and neither look to be the same password - so your password used for authentication is your issue; however, if I am completely wrong then I am not sure what to tell you.
I did see that;
but I checked the passwords in the server and it matched the ones on the clients.
I even reinstalled the clients, generate a new password and still got the error

This could also be something like a wrong port and/or something wrong listening on that port.
