No it’s not. If the server does not show up in the upper part, it means the client is still unable to contact the server properly. It’s like not being able to download the correct settings.
Have you configured Server URL in General > Server?
I would also try Internet mode.
Go to General > Internet
Flag Enable internet mode
Enter your LAN address inInternet server name/IP.
You will have to reflect these changes to your client as there’s no server connection yet.
