I have one server 2012R2 where Ur backup client is running properly, now I have created copy (Clone) of same server and changed the name of new server with “application-srv” after this Ur backup client is not working even, I have uninstalled and reinstalled it again. Try icon still RED also showing
The Server and Client both are on same LAN.
