A client (2.2.5) on the same windows machine as the server (2.2.11) is always offline (but has sometime succeeded, last time one month ago). Client doesn’t seem to respond to UDP request from the server. Another client from a laptop on the same local network is correctly backed-up.
Problem solved after reinstallation of Kaspersky Internet Security…
