Client name check failed. Expected name is "Toad" got "TOAD"

I can’t start any type of backup on the Toad client.
The toad client is a win 10 machine.
Urbackup server is hosted on a TrueNAS box.

The server log says:
Client name check failed. Expected name is “Toad” got “TOAD”

Please tell me how to fix this?

Just for the sake of new users like me, I would like to post the answer to this problem.

The problem is that the server as the log says, expected the name Toad instead of TOAD and is case sensitive. So the solution is to change the name in the client of UrBackup in the Configuration section to match the case to Toad and restart the service. If you want to start immidiatly your backup you may restart the service on your server too. I had this error for days until I checked the log :sweat_smile:
