Client is not backing up D drive

My client uses this configuration:

If I have D:\* or D:\*.* in the “Include in backup” field it doesn’t backup the contents, either. I chose D:\DocLibrary, because that’s the only folder on the D: Drive, anyway.

So far, I can not see anything having been backed up from the D: Drive, when I go to the Backups tab in the server’s web GUI. Would I have to wait for a full file backup, first, before the client backs up anything related to a configuration change on the File backups tab of the client settings?

The “Include in backup” field doesn’t add anything to the backup. It’s a filter that only applies inside the folders that are already being backed up: as soon as it contains a pattern, only files whose full path matches one of the patterns get backed up, and everything else in those folders is skipped. D:\DocLibrary (no wildcard) only matches that exact path, so it matches no file at all. And since D: isn’t one of your backup paths, nothing on D: is looked at in the first place.
What to do:
Clear the “Include in backup” field. While it’s set, it also filters what’s backed up from your other folders, so it’s worth checking whether your recent file backups are much smaller than usual.
Add D:\DocLibrary as a backup path: right-click the tray icon, then “Add/Remove backup paths”. You can also set it on the server in the client’s settings under “Default directories to backup”, e.g. C:\Users;D:\DocLibrary (separated with “;”).
No need to wait for a full backup. The next incremental file backup picks up the new path, or you can start one from the tray menu.
