Client install error on Windows Server 2008 R2

Hey there

So i’m trying to install a the urbackup client on a Win Server 2008 R2, having removed the previous version and deleted any of the leftover folders. Using the 1.4.8 MSI package, the installation keeps failing with this message:

An network error occurred while attempting to read file F:\urbackup_1.4.7(x64).msi

And it only happens on the server, it installs fine on Win 7 clients. Anyone know why this?

Microsoft’s fixit utility for windows installer issues may help: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/mats/program_install_and_uninstall

This tool replaced their older Windows Installer CleanUp Utility (MSICUU2.exe)
