Client for Microsoft Hyper-V not connecting to internet server

Our company purchased a UrBackup Client for Microsoft Hyper-V License and installed it on a machine, but no matter what we have tried it WILL NOT connect to the remote/internet server that we have given it the credentials to. It ONLY connects to the local server and simply doesn’t connect to anything if we prevent that (by setting the client to internet only mode).

If there is any more information that needs to be provided please let me know and I will be more than willing to provide it.

We really need an answer to this.

Could you restart the server and send the client log about ~5 min from after this.

Also having a server debug log of the connection attempts would be great to analyse the problem.
