Client File Backup errorcode: 123

Have client: Win 10 with software that’s running SQL server. Backup won’t run with:

Also has SQL database in that path. Looking at Windows components to backup from client:

I put *\program files\\procare\database\* in the exclusions which made no difference.

Why the double \\ ?

Could be the software is returning the path with double \\ to UrBackup. I guess UrBackup needs to clean that path up before it uses it…

You’ll need to disable the components in order for it to work.
