Hello we are running UrBackup 2.4.15 on ubuntu, one of our windows clients for the last week, when a backup starts it crashes the urbackup backend service on the client.
I’m sending a copy of the dump and debug log, could someone report back.

Sry for the issue. It seems to run out of memory (std::bad_alloc) but unfortunately I cannot tell more from the crash dump.
From the log file it seems to be indexing c:\Windows\Temp . Could you look at e.g. how many files there are in this directory?
there seems to be an awful lot of empty folders in the temp file. more then 100,000
So have a feeling that might be the problem as you pointed out. Whilst I get to the bottom of that, if I add the temp folder to the exclusion path, will that stop it indexing the folder?
