Client connected but can't do backup

Hi guys,
I opened all required ports, I configured the server and client (hopefully correctly) to backup over internet
(“Do full file backups over internet” is checked)
Client status: Connected to internet server.
But the icon is still red, and I can’t backup.

Have you checked the logs in the GUI of UrBackup?

Thanks for the reply, but I managed to fix it by uninstalling and reinstalling the client a few times and playing with the configurations…
I forgot to check the logs, so I can’t post it…
