I am having a problem triggering the cleanup option… can anyone assist me with this… I am a little annoyed that this is not working according to design… At this time my only option I have left is to remove the software and try another product.
What do you mean with triggering a cleanup?
(Currently a cleanup is automatically done during the cleanup time window)
