There seems to be enough activity on the forums so that a setting up an irc room would seems like a good idea to me.
Would you mind to make one on freenode and reclaim ownerchip? Maybe embed a chat applet? http://community.wikidot.com/howto:embed-a-live-irc-chat
An issue is that irc doesn’t allow to search for other peoples problems.
On the other side we could just input answers in the community wiki.
I think it’s quite smooth to do it if we do very small articles (like i made for here : https://urbackup.atlassian.net/wiki/display/US/How+To )
