Centos 8 rpm package partialy broken

Hi:
since maybe 2.4.13, centos 8/stream rpm package didn’t create urbackup user when install and miss “/etc/sysconfig/urbackup” file.

centos7/rhel7/fedora package seems fine.

the latest rpm package of centos8/centos 8 stream is still broken.

rpm -qpl urbackup-server-2.4.14.0-1.6.x86_64.rpm | grep sysconfig => result nothing

I have the same problem with 2.4.15.
