Bluescreen after UrBackup Restore

I wanted to restore an image to a PC today. The hardware of the PC on which I wanted to restore the image was the same as that of the original PC.
After the restore, however, I always got a blue screen. According to Google, the blue screen means “Windows can not access Systempartion or Bootvolum during Startup”
Did someone have a similar problem here?

This is a good list to work thru:

Specifically 10 might be the problem so run 14.
Make sure you didn’t do 8 or 11 while changing things.
