Blank list on user backup list

When I select Backup from Web Interface, then client and a specific time, no files are shown.
I see the files under the server’s directory, but cannot see them from the web interface.

Is there a successfully finished backup for the client? Incomplete backups are not shown…

Not sure what was going on. I have had about 5 good backups but could not see the files.
Thought it may be a rights issue so I attempted moving the backup directory to a public folder. Still could not see the files. Then I returned it to under the root directory and after a reboot, I could see the files.
It is now working beautifully on my windows machines, now if I can get my various Linux clients to work smoothly, I’ll be in geek heaven!
