Bad file name encoding in zip files

Bad file name(language Russian) encoding in zip files.
Urbackup Server v.2.1.19, CentOS 7.3.(Default language English)
Urbackup Client v.1.4.11, Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition Service Pack 2(Default language Russian)
Urbackup Client v.2.1.14, CentOS release 6.6(Default language English)

After restore:

Could you please check if it is the same with 7-zip?

Opened with 7zip, the problem with the code is solved.
The date of the files is not correct.
Problem with the date only on the client v.1.4.11, Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition Service Pack 2
