how i can configured the Client then he make a Backup only when he was started.
For example i have many Clients that’s was not every Day used. Actually i become a false positive notification that no Backup are created on the last x hours/days and not actually Backup Status on the Webinterface. Correct no online Client no “actually” Backup.

No, the Clients have no fix start or working times. Some is online every Weak Days. Some not on the Weekend but on the Week. But the Clock Time Spane is not fix.
If you don’t have a fixed time window, you can enter “1-7/0-24” in the “backup window” section for the backup process. This way, the backup will run whenever the system is online. However, I recommend that you set a specific time window.

But than i become many Mails/Notifications for no actually Backups. Thats correct, the Client was not online for than he can make no Backup.
How i can modify this Notifications for example only when the Client/Backup not online or actually for example x Days, …
If your goal is to turn off the alarms, you can do so in the “Settings” section of the main menu, as shown in the screenshot. If the clients’ settings are not set to “Inherit,” you can select the desired client and change the setting there.
It’s a bit intentional that it does not only count the time the client is online. There could be an issue with the client, such that it runs but cannot e.g. connect to the server. Then you’d want to be alerted.
So perhaps just increase the time after which you get the alert?
Otherwise I’d be open for arguments why this is not a concern and then it might get implemented.
