Backup not functioning

Hi,

I have been using Urbackup for close to 2 months now. It was working fine for about 20 clients.

But since July 3rd, only 2 clients are being recognized and backed up. The rest are not being recognized. I tried uninstall and reinstall of all the clients but it doesn’t work.

The status window on the client says ‘No Internet server configured’. But this is within my LAN, i am not using backup over internet.

I do have ESET Smart Security on every client but nothing changed in the settings (ESET or UrBackup).

Can you please help us identify the issue?

Hi,

We managed to fix this problem. It turned out that a new rollout of Antivirus Server and Endpoints caused the firewall configuration on each PC to block everything.

Reconfiguring the firewall to allow UDP traffic on the local subnet solved the issue.
