Add Client and or Group parameter for urbackupsrv remove-unknown command

For big Environments or many backups it would help for maintenance to save time

for example

urbackupsrv remove-unknown –client
urbackupsrv remove-unknown –group

this will limit the work running through and save time if administrator wait for result
