Access/Restore button not shown on tray icon

From the documents, seems I should be able to restore files from client.
But after I installed Windows client (latest one) and did a full backup, I still can’t see the ‘Access/Restore file’ button by right-clicking the tray icon.
I checked C:\Program Files\UrBackup\args.txt, --allow_restore is set to ‘default’.

I found the answer after digging document again.
I must set ‘server url’ in server, reboot client, then ‘Access/Restore backup’ appeared.
