Web UI hangs - even local

I’ve had UrBackup running for about 3 weeks with no problems. This morning, after restarting my server, I find that browsers no longer connects to the server UI. http://localhost:55414/ just hangs in Firefox and IE. I’m looking for ideas to troubleshoot. I’ve got the firewall down. Everything else seems to work (web server, etc). If all else fails, can I reinstall without loosing my data? I’ve got 4 internet-connected clients out there.

Gobs of errors. Here are the last few. What should I be looking for?

Can’t see anything that directly indicates your problem.

Something may be wrong with your networking? (DNS)

Also maybe run C:\Program Files\UrBackupServer\defrag_database.bat to check if the database is working.

Not sure about networking - reset a router this morning - about when the problem showed up.

Started the bat file and got
Stopping the Urbackup Server
The UrBackup Windows server service is stopping
The UrBackup Windows server service was stopped successfully

And the a dialog box: This application has failed to start because ktmw32.dll was not found…

Ok, it is not using urbackupserver_prevista.dll in this script. Never mind. Those operating systems aren’t supported by Microsoft anyways.

I restarted the service. Guess what! I’m getting a web UI both locally and remotely.

Well. that didn’t last long. This morning, I notices some clients disconnected. I restarted the server again. The clients seem to have come back but my web interface is gone again.
