URBackup Client taking 98% cpu on iManage DMS server

We have a situation where the URBackup Client is taking up to 98% cpu on a Windows Server 2012 (non-R2) box. We have about 8 servers, a mixed 2012 & 2016 AD environment, and all the others backup at a reasonable load. The 2012 box with the problem is running iManage document management server, but does nothing else besides.

I know that urbackup is supposed to run at least priority, but on this particular box, it seems that it does not obey the least priority flag when starting the process.

Well, having low priority doesn’t prevent it from using all of the CPU, only less than other processes with higher priority. Another thing may be some kind of on-access virus scanner that scans your files (using CPU and not using background priority).
