We have a situation where the URBackup Client is taking up to 98% cpu on a Windows Server 2012 (non-R2) box. We have about 8 servers, a mixed 2012 & 2016 AD environment, and all the others backup at a reasonable load. The 2012 box with the problem is running iManage document management server, but does nothing else besides.
I know that urbackup is supposed to run at least priority, but on this particular box, it seems that it does not obey the least priority flag when starting the process.
