Hello all,
I am new to the linux environment and I am tasked by my superior to do a bare metal backup/restore on rhel8.3. I have created a VM and server and already am able to backup and restore normal folders etc …
But now I am faced of with restoring the whole system including OS, which means on a VM with no OS whatsoever. Any one out there able to help me out? I would greatly appreciate it.
Note** This system I am trying out on is a empty VM with little folders, this is my test VM.
I have tried researching but I found no viable solutions.
Please help.
