That s totally expected, please take the time to read the doc, search the forums.
Please at least try to post questions mde up of proper sentences and add details like what you tried or whatever

The other Subnets client not able to connect with server ,able to ping server with client machine.

Autodiscover wont work in dif Subnet, its how it works. Nothing to change here, if you want to add client in different subnet add it manualy and add additional ip adress on server in that subnet
