i have a windows server 2019 with urbackup server 2.4.13 with urbackup storage folder inside iscsi NTFS file system in NAS
if i run cleanup.bat i obtain:
Testing if backup destination can handle subvolumes and snapshots…
“urbackup_snapshot_helper” non è riconosciuto come comando interno o esterno,
un programma eseguibile o un file batch.
So i can’t force cleanup UrBackup archive.
I already reinstall software but nothing changes.
Any suggestion?

auto solved:
only after a lot of try, I realized that disk letter changed 
reassigning right letter solved my problem
