Restore CD 2.1.1 failing at boot on Intel NUC

Attempting to restore an image to an Intel NUC8i7HNK with M.2 SSD. Restore CD version 2.1.1 will boot to splash screen then hangs.
Computer is UEFI only, no legacy boot option in BIOS.

Anybody else run into this issue?
