Reports don`t sending

But i can recieve test mail in settings. Log level - info, send - all.
And icon in client is always red for some reason, except backup activity.

Hmm, is there something interesting in the server log: /var/log/urbackup.log ?
Seems like backups are not finishing properly.

Maybe it did an image backup and is currently writing it to disk?

hmm… it has 3 hour ago… so i don`t think so, i also have “Request of SYSVOL failed. Reason: Opening Shadow drive filesystem failed. Stopping.” in logs for this client

I’ve no idea what is going on then. You could change the loglevel in /etc/default/urbackup_srv to “debug”, to see what happens, if you want to.

That SYSVOL thing is normal if you do not have a system restore volume. That’s why it is only an info message.
The red tray is probably caused by the file backups being disabled. It only shows file backups currently.
The failing mail sending could have a number of reasons, such as missing permissions for the user, something weird with the urlplugin, or something else…

Hmm… maybe looking to some logs help fix this problem?
