I see you look for a a compliance section, so i ll make a rough guess that you look for “at rest” data encryption. There is not, neither global , nor per client, you d have to encrypt the whole filesystem. Internet mode enable “on the wire” encryption.
Anyhow I think you d need to explain a lot more what you need/want, give context and whatnot

As far as i know, there’s no such privacy policy.
For example if you use apache to serve your website, there’s no reason for apache.org to provide a privacy policy for the software itself (maybe for their website, but that’s différent).
I think it would be better if you have some specific questions
As far as i understand it, if you provide urbackup as a service, your policy would apply. And urbackup is open source, so you can check for yourself it doesn’t do fancy things. Inspect how data is stored, transferred, which servers it tries to contact, etc …
