One client failed

Hi, I hve very recently installed URBackup, and it is running well on seven machines, but on one further machine the client does not connect to the server. The try icon remains red, it does not have the option to manually start a backup, and the status shows as idle. It does not show as a client on the server. The other machines are all Windows 2008 servers, this is the only 2003 one, if that makes any difference. The documentation seems to indicate that 2003 is supported.

I have reinstalled the client to no avail.

All machines are on the same subnet.

Thanks for any help

John

Hi all - so I’m guessing no-one else has seen this issue. Maybe though someone has a suggestion as to where to start looking for the problem…

Thanks

John

I’m just waiting till it is EOLd

Did you use the NSIS (exe) installer? Can you have a look at C:\Program Files\UrBackup\args.txt and see if it uses urbackup_server03.dll ? Perhaps there is also something helpful in C:\Program Files\UrBackup\debug.log.

Yes, used exe installer.
Yes uses that dll
Here is the contents of the debug log -
