Is there a way I can move backups that are older than 3 months or a specify time to another storage location, external hard drive or another freenas server. I want to keep data retention on the current urbackup server up to 3 months and archive everything older to another location even if its on the same server but on a different folder directory.
Any recommendations on accomplishing this would be greatly appreciated.

2 options i can suggest.
Store the backup on zfs, use zsend, and look at the forums ans doc on how to set this up, please go read a lot.
setup a second server
install keys on client and stuff (again read the docs/forums)
set server 1 to backup once a day or 5 hours ( monday-saturday)
set server 2 to backup once a week (sunday)
set server 1 to keep nearline backup (archive every day for 1 month for example)
set server 2 to archive every one week for 3 month, every 2 months for 2 years for example
