Missing files not in file backup or image backup

I just started using urbackup. I am looking for a replacement to my windows homeserver 2011 backup solution. I have performed full and incremental files system and image backups. I use C as volume and .;* as include files. When I look at the backup under users public recorded TV I see nothing. I did not exclude any file types that I know of. Is there a reason these are missing ? Extentsion is .wtv

Maybe Microsoft has excluded them from backups.
See if they are excluded by a registry key in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\BackupRestore\FilesNotToSnapshot.
