In 8.5.2 (transfer modes) point 3 (block differences)
Seems like this is only for internet clients, not local. Is it possible for me to set local client files to block difference. So 1 specific directory should be done block difference (outlook pst), other directories can use default.
Reason - I have windows clients with giant outlook pst files, I don’t want to transfer the entire file over the network on each incremental backup run. I assume a lot of the file stays the same, so I want it to transfer only diffs. Can it be done per directory setting? So it can do this for outlook pst files but then use default raw mode for other directories on the client?
