Hi, i try Urbackup version 2.4.12 on windows 10 platform. I set only image backup (for not double the space in the storage). When a client image backup is complete, when i browse the image in the browser i see all the client’s folder but with also an other folder, the folder “documents and settings”. This is a strange folder because it contain the “users” folder of the urbackup server’s volume C. It’s normal this behavior?

Yes, it’s normal. That is really just a hidden shortcut to the Users folder. Microsoft does that so programs written for earlier versions of Windows will run on newer versions after they changed the folder name. It doesn’t take up any extra space.
