[SOLVED] Failed - CONNECT error - I don't have any more options to solve

I use UrBackup only from internet and some customers are with the error type Full Backup of servername failed-CONNECT error, and I do not know what to do.

  • Client version: 2.2.6

  • Server version 2.3.0 Beta (because already tried the stable version 2.2.6 and did not work)

  • Client operating system: Server 2008 R2 updated.

  • Server operating system: Windows Server 2012 R2 updated.

What I’ve already tried:

  • I have already disabled the antivirus and firewall server and client without success.
  • Already reinstalled the client system, already deletes the client on the server, already registered again, without success.
  • I have already reinstalled the Urbackup Server, without success.
  • I’ve done chekdisk/r on the client without success.
  • Already rode Remove_unknown. bat, Cleanup_database. bat, Cleanup. bat, without success.
  • I have already rebooted the server and client operating system without success.
  • Already checked the VSS on the client, there are no errors in Windows.
  • I have already added the Administrator account as permission for the UrBackup Client service, without success.
  • I already bought the version Urbackup CBT, also without success.

Since you’re doing internet backup have you specified the correct address of the server? If DNS does it resolve? Have you opened the http admin interface from the client: http://server_name_or_ip:55414 and did it load?

Yes, it load. I have 8 clients from internet, and 6 resolve the dns, ping ok, acess backup ok, but after create a one week than backups, the error failed-CONNECT error came after start a incremental backup of files.
Some 2 clients are normal, and have a same configuration another clients.
My IP is fixed and valid over internet.

Trying again, I created a new VM with Windows 2012R2 only, and installed the Urbackup Server.
There is no antivirus, just the Urbackup server.
I made configiruation for only 3 clients via internet, and the error remains the same.

I tried to switch from Hash to Brutus too, without success.
I already rebooted and reinstalled the urbackupclient, without success.

I’m spitballing, try focing a full backup from server interface. Been having an interrupted incremental backup cansuing backup issues here (different error).

Verify client to server connectivity as well.

The error occurred on the router by not maintaining more than 2 simultaneous connections to the client, reducing the speed until the connection was terminated.
Exchange of the router by model with more support i / o and urbackup running normally.
