Error 1053 for Urbackup Server version 2.1.19 on Windows 2012R2

Hi All
Just installed the OS Windows server 2012 R2 x86_64b.
The Urbackup Server service did not start automatically. when tried to manually start the service it gave error code of 1053.

I even tried C:\Program Files\UrBackupServer and double click on urbackup_srv.exe but it gave error. The progra, cant start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer.

Tried with this update https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2999226 but gave error : The update is not applicable to your computer.

Kindly advice.

Please try to do what Uroni suggested, maybe you have another problem than that missing update:
“Can you go to C:\Program Files\UrBackupServer and double click on urbackup_srv.exe and tell us if there is any error message?”
