Clients are Unable to find server

Hi,

I am new to urbackup.

I have installing urbackup server on windows 2003 r2 (1.2.4-1) and windows clients with 1.2 all the systems are on same vlan.

But i am not able to see any of the clients under server UI and i also tried adding clients manually but dint worked. when i check the client it throws " There was an error. Currently nothing can be be backedup"

could you please help us with this in making up.

Can you take a look at the client logfile, if there are any errors there. Its C:\Program files\UrBackup\debug.log.
