It seems you have a similar issue I had. All my Linux clients were disconnected. Not the Windows ones.

Complete uninstall and DB cleanup and waiting some days (I was on the verge to give up on urBackup). Suddenly they were connected again.
It also seems that disconnected clients doesn’t seem to prompt much interest in the forum.
