Client Backup browsing not available in GUI

Hi guys,
For some unknown reason whenever I browse any of my Windows clients in the server GUI, the list of folders in any backup is empty. I know backups are running well. Not sure what happens.

Environment:
Server: Windows 2008 R2 x64, urBackup 2.2.11.
Windows Clients are on 2.2.6, and they are a mix of Win7, Win8.1, Win10.
I tried cleaning&repairing the database, and also reinstalled urBackup and restored my database; but that unfortunately didn’t work.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi guys,
My problem got solved by creating the Admin account and logging in as Admin.

I was using an LDAP account to login, and that didn’t allow me to browse backups.

Hope this helps whoever encounters this problem.
