Cleanup Failing After Restoring Boot Drive

UrBackup server 2.3.8, client 2.3.4
Boot drive ext4 Ubuntu 18.04
Backup drive btrfs

Lost boot drive. Reinstalled Ubuntu and UrBackup. Restored UrBackup directory from backup. After a few days of seemingly successful backups, realized backup quota is not completely being followed. I see almost 300 lines, most similar to:

WARNING: Small file entry with id 34594434 with filesize=166 hash=HsN+5xHAUziDUwa/hFgv3Q== has pointed_to!=0 but should be zero. The file entry index may be damaged.

and a few like:

WARNING: Small file entry with id 34593968 with filesize=663 hash=ImViYFo3UUAmjdx4hW3ZHw== has pointed_to!=0 but should be zero. The file entry index may be damaged.

I have ran urbackupsrv remove-unknown, urbackupsrv repair-database, urbackupsrv defrag-database, and manually ran urbackupsrv cleanup.

Is there anyway I can address this?

Thank you!
