Can't get E-Mail to work

Hi there,

tried to get the e-mail part working since month now. Error I get is:

Failure when receiving data from the peer(ec=56), response reading failed

I tried all settings (I guess):
mail server name and port (995 in my case) as stated by mail provider.
Username: xxx@domin.com / xxx%domain.com
SSL/TLS certificate: checked because my provider only accepts SSL/TLS connections.
check SSL/TLS certificate: checked and unchecked

What else can I try?

Exact same issue here. Running on Windows 10, tried multiple configurations, but the current one works perfectly with an email client program like Thunderbird. When I attempt a test the error returned is

I’ve set network from public to private and made certain the windows firewall was open for the program urbackup. I’ve attempted with and without the SSL/TLS check boxes in all combinations. I am 99% certain the config is correct. I don’t find any entry in the backup.log file and I don’t find any other *.log file to look in to try and understand why this is failing to work. Would really like some help on getting this solved.
